CNPV’s board of directors is currently comprised of 5 members.

Mr. Wang Anquan, Chairman

Mr. Wang is the Chairman of the Board. He has accumulated extensive experience in investment and management of a company. Mr. Wang has operated many successful cases of investment. He received his Bachelor's degree in civil architecture from Shandong Construction University in 1992.

Mr. Zhang Shunfu, CEO

Mr. Zhang has accumulated extensive experience in project operations and corporate management and deep insight into the new technologies and changing dynamics of the solar industry. He started working as CEO of Dongying Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd. since 2006. Mr. Zhang holds the Bachelor of Economics at Shandong University of Finance and Economics as well as a Master of Laws at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

Mr. Christophe Blondeau

Mr. Christophe has been operating many successful cases of investment. He holds Master’s degree. Mr. Blondeau is also one of the partners in Fidalux SA.Domicile: 23, Val Fleuri, L-1526 Luxembourg.

Mr. B. Veerraju Chaudary, COO&CTO

Mr. Chaudary has joined CNPV as our COO&CTO in August 2008 and became a Board of Director in November 2008. Prior to this, he has a rich experience of over 18years in the Solar Photovoltaic Industry in Technology, Product Development, Business Development, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management which includes major stints at Siemens Solar Industries (XLT), Pentafour Solec Technology, TATA BP Solar in India and Trina Solar in PR China.

He was also trained in Solar Photovoltaic  System Design and Engineering from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai India which is arguably one of the best technical schools in the world. He has proven himself to be a leader and model of achievement through his hard work and dedication. Mr. Chaudary holds his BS in Electronics from Andhra University and PGDCA.

Mr. Bai Junping

Mr. Bai has extensive experience in corporate operations and management for over 15 years. He is also experience in business trade and investments. Now, Mr. Bai is the Director of Alumni Association of Shanghai High School. He received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1997.
