Job Responsibilities

1、Lead the process executive- quality and technician to monitor the process quality and product inspection.
2、Maintain and improve on ISO9001, ISO14001 management system.
3、Make the audit plan and inspect specification. Work with Mfg，TD & Equipment to find out root-cause and resolve the issue.
4、Organize and train the process executive- quality and technician for product knowledge and quality tools.
5、Review quality report and data.
6、Supervise and lead the continued improvement project.
7、Handle the internal customer complains and optimize the process control document and management.
8、Work with MFG and TD departments to complete the new product, new material & new process introduction.

Cell Equipment Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1、Repair equipment faults; reduce production influence of equipment faults.
2、In charge of looking over and checking equipment operation, insure safe operation of equipments, remove faults in the bud.
3、In charge of analyzing equipment operating of each procedure, raise improved proposal and put into effect according to analyzing result.
4、In charge of spare parts applying and handling, raise suitable and precise purchasing plan, control storage and parts use cost.
5、Hand in weekly report and monthly report in time, if a lot of products rejection or bad techniques caused by equipments faults, or long time equipments shout down caused by typical faults, the analysis and improvement report should be handed in 12 hours after solved the fault.
6、Accomplish a continuing improvement project every quarter, and raise the improvement report.

1、Undergraduate or higher degree majoring in Mechanism, Electronics or Automation, and be familiar with solar energy cell or semiconductor equipments, over 2 years work experience.
2、Work strictly, have strong cooperative and communicative ability. Be able to read relevant equipment English files, and be able to write and read English e-mails relevant to work.

Job Responsibilities

1、Make feasible production procedure according to Production Guidance by Technology dept.
2、Material work. Give support when production technology problem rose on scene relevant to material work.
3、Responsible for altering materials and relevant material capacity.
4、Stabilize products pass rate of each procedure, and optimize technique parameter, improve production quantity and quality.
5、Tackle critical points of technique topics; cooperate with technology dept. to tackle critical technology points considered technique hard problems.

College or over degree, 2 years technique engineering work experience in PV or semiconductor industries.

2、 Do carry out regular corrective and preventive maintenance necessary to maintain the facility and campus. This includes all electrical, mechanical, structural and water treatment systems
3、 Operate and maintain all plant facilities including process and waste water systems, chemical handling systems, exhaust systems, scrubbers, HVAC systems, office facility requirements and fields
4、 Follow all safety, quality and other manufacturing standard operating procedures
5、 Provide assistance to EHS and other relevant departments in ensuring safe environment and working place.
6、 Participate and contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving activities
7、 Work with previous and following shifts to ensure smooth shift transitions
8、 Provide support to manufacturing operations to achieve their goals / targets
9、Strong willingness to take part in teamwork

1、Degree in a technical field in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering is a must
